When I turned 44, I had the same kind of thinking running through my head and I pretty much thought my passion for barefoot water skiing was over and done with. I thought I was too old, too fat, and too out-of-shape for such an extreme sport. Fortunately, I met an Old Lady who changed my life. So now I pay it forward by encouraging others to embrace the art of Growing Bolder instead of older.
